Mariusz held a number of roles across NatWest with primary focus on supporting the Markets business, which serves Corporate & Institutional clients through providing global market access, financing, risk management and trading solutions. He’s developed and led teams focused on analysis and planning of revenues, costs, balance sheet and capital. Currently largely focused on partnering with Climate & ESG business to drive integration of sustainability metrics into reporting and planning agenda of the bank to embed them into decision making and risk management frameworks. This ranges across projects aimed at building knowledge base, defining data strategy, creating modelling capability and developing governance frameworks to better understand business impacts going beyond shareholder return.
