Premier of the AICPA & CIMA Report: "Talent Depletion: Finance and the Great Reshuffle"

During this session we will present the findings of our latest report titled Talent Depletion: Finance and the Great Reshuffle. The report is based on the survey, conducted among several hundred finance professionals from Central and Eastern Europe. Participants ranged from junior staff to senior executives. The report will draw conclusions on:

  • how the working environment in finance has been changing recently,
  • how finance professionals feel about their job,
  • what are the determinants of work satisfaction.

Identifying material sustainability-related issues is, for many organizations, the starting point for the management, measurement and reporting of these, as well as their integration into the core business strategy. In this session, Jeremy Osborn will be in conversation with Tjeerd Krumpelman from ABN AMRO, exploring how the Dutch bank draws on its understanding of its sustainability-related issues in laying the foundations for long-term value creation.

The reporting is not just the numbers but also why and how improvements are being made, and determining causality.
